Bloodrayne: The Third Reich (2010)

I’ve got a few concerns about the historical accuracy of this film.  In the video game Rayne is  a red-head, and I also don’t remember the inglorious bastards in the game.  Another issue of concern is Rayne’s apparent bisexuality, an issue not addressed in the game.  I was really disappointed by the films depiction of Rayne, I was hoping for a hot red-head slaughtering nazis, instead we get a Norwegian brunette.   With Vampires, Nazis, Rebel solders, and a lesbian sex scene it is almost impossible to have a bad film.  Almost impossible.  It has all the makings of a great film but somewhere Bloodrayne fails to fully deliver.  There are a few scenes containing some good gore, and a few erotic scenes, which make the film almost worth while.  Nowhere near as good as other naziploitation or  vampire films, and only mildly entertaining, this film is mediocre at best.

Director:  Uwe Boll
